Data processing within Mindo Super App or systems delivered for individual clients also depends on the policies, agreements and data processing roles of those products. This website policy does not replace those arrangements.
Information we receive
You can browse our introductory pages without creating an account. When you send a contact form, the information received includes:
- Your name and email address to identify and respond to your enquiry.
- Your company, phone number, products or services of interest and message, if you choose to provide them.
- The enquiry language and anti-spam verification information. Website infrastructure may process your IP address, browser and device information, access time and technical data needed to protect the service.
- Do not submit passwords, payment details, health records, identity documents or confidential information belonging to others in the contact form.
Why we use information
Mindosoft uses information to review and respond to enquiries, discuss product or service requirements, prepare relevant advice and continue discussions at your request. Technical information supports website operations, abuse detection and troubleshooting.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. If another purpose requires your consent, Mindosoft will notify you and request it as required by applicable law. Mindosoft does not buy or sell personal information received through the form.
Recipients and service providers
Enquiry content is delivered to a private Telegram group for the Mindosoft staff responsible for responding. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and Turnstile anti-spam verification; the technical information necessary for these services is processed as part of their operation.
These providers may process information on infrastructure outside Vietnam. Their policies also apply to processing within their own scope. The contact form does not publish your information publicly.
Apart from the parties supporting website operations and enquiry handling, Mindosoft only discloses information when there is an appropriate basis, such as your consent or a lawful request from a competent authority.
How long information is kept
Contact information is kept while receiving, responding to and following up on an enquiry. The necessary period depends on the request, any resulting business relationship and legal record-keeping obligations.
When information is no longer needed for those purposes, Mindosoft deletes it or removes identifying details, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion before your discussions have ended.
Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the processing of your data, access or receive it, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge complaints or seek remedies available under applicable law.
Submit your request through the Contact page or in writing to the company address. Mindosoft may request suitable verification to protect your information and will respond within the period required by applicable law. If a legal obligation prevents us from fully fulfilling a request, we will explain why.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place beforehand. Without necessary information, Mindosoft may be unable to continue responding or providing the related support.
Protecting information
The website uses HTTPS, and credentials for the enquiry delivery service remain on the server. Enquiry access is limited to the responsible group, alongside anti-spam verification and checks on submitted data.
No online transmission or storage method eliminates all risk. If you suspect information has been exposed or used without permission, please notify Mindosoft so we can investigate and respond.
